We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Development Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who is eager to support business growth efforts, assist in the development of new opportunities, and help streamline processes that drive the company’s success. As a Business Development Administrator, you will work closely with the Operational Support and Finance teams to help manage projects, maintain client relationships, and ensure smooth operations that contribute to our strategic goals..
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the company, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining documents.
Lead Generation & Research: Assist in identifying new business opportunities by conducting market research, competitor analysis, and identifying potential clients.
Proposal & Presentation Assistance: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients, ensuring they meet company standards.
Client Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining communication with existing clients and partners, helping ensure positive relationships and satisfaction.
Project Coordination: Support the business in managing ongoing projects, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are achieved.
Reporting & Analysis: Compile data and prepare regular reports on business development activities, leads, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
General Support: Provide general administrative support across the team, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and coordination of team activities.
Qualifications
Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or business development support role (preferred). Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus. UiPath Business Analyst (advantage).
Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and proactive, self-motivated attitude.
Other: A strong interest in business development, sales, and company growth, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
